Yoga & Mindful Movement
Yoga and mindful movement is a practice of connecting our minds to our physical bodies through our breaths. In today’s world we have become so used to being in our “heads” that we forget to listen to what our body is telling us. By integrating mindful movement into the life and career coaching journey we start to create somatic awareness for self regulation and to aid us in our self discovery.
Meditation
Contrary to popular belief the practice of meditation is accessible to everyone. With just a bit of focus we can apply the principles of meditation to still the constant chatter in our minds; just long enough to let our inner wisdom emerge. As part of our life and career coaching journey I will guide you through simple meditation exercises to help tap into the creativity and resourcefulness needed to reach towards your goals and dreams.
