Meditation & Coaching for Stress Management

Stress cannot be avoided but going through long periods of feeling stressed without having the skills and tools to manage it properly will lead to anxiety and other health issues. I believe that it’s not just the “busyness” in our lives that causes stress, but the inability to constructively manage the thoughts & emotions that arise from situations in our lives, that leads to stress.

This interactive workshop combines mindfulness and meditation to help us understand ourselves better and how we relate to stress. You will be introduced to awareness exercises and practices you can incorporate into your daily life to effectively manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

In this workshop you will: 

  • Become aware and identify your triggers

  • Learn to self regulate your emotions during periods of stress

  • Learn meditation techniques you can apply whenever you feel stress and anxiety

  • Identify the steps you can take to prevent overwhelm

After the workshop you will know how to:

  • Feel confident, calm and collected when managing difficult situations

  • Be more productive and be able do more without feeling overwhelmed

  • Improve relationships with the people around you

  • Develop the resilience to overcome any challenges in your life

By incorporating just 15 mins of meditation and mindfulness a day you can start taking control of your life and stop being a victim to your circumstances.
