A unique evening workshop of yoga, meditation and coaching dedicated to self compassion
Self love begins with self acceptance.
We are not accepting ourselves when we:
Belittle our achievements
Berate ourselves for our imperfections
Run away from our fears
Do not forgive ourselves for past mistakes
Do not move on from past pains
Self love is..
Reconciling that no matter our strengths and flaws; our stories and our wounds; we are worthy of being loved by the most important person - ourselves.
Seeing all parts of our outer and inner world and accepting that these are the experiences that make us human.
Setting healthy boundaries and not sacrificing our well being to please others.
Self love is not about being narcissistic, selfish or self indulgent. Self love is the humbling process of acknowledging our emotional needs and giving ourselves the permission to nourish and nurture what our body, heart and mind needs to feel secure, whole and grounded.

Workshop Objectives
Through a unique combination of Inside Flow yoga, meditation and life coaching we will guide you in connecting to your body, heart and mind in order to:
Embody the ability to move from a place of love and ease, not fear and control
Embrace the true meaning of self love; acceptance of both strengths and imperfections, light and shadow sides
Release guilt or any negative emotions around putting your own needs first before serving others
Take this time to get to know yourself better, honour your personal journey and commune with like minded individuals.
This workshop is open to men and women.
The topic of self love and self acceptance is relevant to everyone, whether you are a man/woman; single or in a relationship. Having a healthy sense of self is fundamental and supports all our personal and professional relationships. As long as you come with an open mind and heart; we would love to have you join us in this safe container.
Workshop Program
Please arrive 10 mins prior to the start time so that you can settle into the space.

Important information:
Basic yoga experience is recommended
Bring your own mats and towels
A meditation cushion will be provided but please feel free to bring a sweater/shawl as the venue gets chilly

Who are we?
We are 2 friends who are committed to living a life of connection and purpose. We met back in 2015 when we did our 200 hour yoga teacher training. Since then, Princess has pursued her passion for teaching and is the first to introduce Inside Flow to Singapore while Erlina has gone on to expand her knowledge in mindfulness, meditation and life coaching.

Coaching enables people to be aware of their choices, make better decisions, take action, and ultimately use their unique strengths to achieve better results. I offer a unique approach to personal coaching that taps on the best resource you have to make the most important decisions of your life - your inner wisdom. Using mindfulness techniques and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) tools; I help people gain clarity on their situations and encourage behavioural flexibility that will enable them to make the desired changes in their lives. Lead Instructor, Inside Flow SG
Music has the power to speak straight to the heart even when words fail. Integrating this with the yoga practice, it's like singing a song with your body. The alchemy of connecting the breath & body to the beat of the music allows you be in a state of being fully present - body, mind & heart.
This is Inside Flow.
And it is my passion to share with all of you this experience of being alive and whole from the inside out.
Side note, besides being a yoga teacher most of my friends will refer to me a crazy cat lady in the making.
