The Courage to Change program guides you through the complex emotions around fear and change so that you can gain clarity on what’s important and build the courage to step into your strengths and pursue a life that is rich, fulfilling and rewarding.

Through a unique combination of self awareness assessments, somatic based exercises and personal coaching, this program guides individuals through a process of clarity and transformation that closes the gap between where you are today and who you would like to be.

Courage to Change Journey
Week 1: Understanding your passions and goals
In the first week we will take time to get to know ourselves on a deeper level. Find out what matters to you most, the impact you want to make in your life and why it’s important to you.
Week 2: Motivations and behaviours
This week we will go deeper to identify our motivations and behaviours that have held us back from growth and progress. When we become aware of our recurring patterns and tendencies we can start to take different actions and make different choices that bring us closer to our goals.
Week 3: Belief and value systems
Week 3 is when we start to go deep into blockages that have prevented us from success. We will identify the beliefs and value systems that have either supported or limited our growth. By identifying them we can start the process of release and generate new, more powerful beliefs that are aligned to our values.
Week 4: Integration
In our final session we will integrate the learnings from the past three weeks and embody a sense of inner confidence and strength required to take the leap in our lives and move closer to our goals.
Week 5 : Releasing fears
Often we are held back by our fears. In this session we will explore the fears that prevent you from moving forward. We will evaluate those fears and work towards shifting your mindset so that you can start to step out of those fears and take action.
Week 6 : Discovering your Mission & staying motivated
Congratulations! You’ve come this far in your journey; now the hardest thing to do is to STAY MOTIVATED. Many of us find it difficult to sustain our goals as the weeks progress and the challenges of life takes over. This is why having a mission, a purpose, helps to anchor us to a long term commitment and takes us back on our path even when we deviate it from it.
